On September 23rd,  the Westminster eForum Project will host the Free and Open Source Software: In Business and in Government Conference in Central London.

Free and Open Source Software
Known as (FOSS), Free and Open Source Software can be a misleading term. Rather than referring to price, ‘free and open’ refers to the possibility of software users and web designers to alter, share  and optimize current software through free and open access to source codes.
